Bose SoundSport Free and the Jabra Elite 65t are both amazing true wireless earbuds but when it comes to choosing which one is better, things can get a little heated.
The True wireless earbuds are slowly taking up the market and there are several other competitors out there but the Jabra and the Bose True headphones are one of the premium sports headphones that you can to make your workout session more effective.
If you want to make a better purchase decision then read the entire review where we would go through all teh features on both the headphones and how they are different from each other.
Design and Build Quality
The design and build quality of both the earbuds is premium but let’s break down their look individually. The Jabra Elite 65t has a metallic body along with a really nice premium look.
The headphones look really classy and have a comfortable fit. The Jabra Elite 65t earbuds are average size and they o not pop out, unlike the Bose headphones.
The Bose headphones, on the other hand, have huge earbuds that might be evident for people with smaller ears. The headphones come in different vibrant color combinations and the overall look of the headphones is really sporty.
Both the earbuds come with a charging case, the one for the Jabra 65t is small and compact while the one that comes along with the Bose earbuds is relatively larger.
The overall build quality of the earbuds and the case is pretty good and premium, however, I would say that we liked the Jabra Elite 65t a bit more than the Bose Soundsport Free.
Usually, the Bose headphones are known for an amazing sound quality. In this comparison between the Jabra and the Bose headphones, we have to say that the Bose performed better.
The bass quality in the Bose headphones is amazing and in the case, you have not ever owned Bose headphones, then you are going to be pretty impressed at the sound quality on these earbuds.
The Jabra Elite 65t is good as well, but it just doesn’t perform as well as the Bose Soundsport headphones. If you are not that into bass then you might actually like the Jabra earbuds.
Both the earbuds come with a dedicated app which you can use to improve the highs and the lows of the music that is being played on the headphones.
Coming to taking calls, both the earbuds are good but the Jabra performed better. The Jabra has this cool feature where you can decrease the noise cancellation so that you can have a conversation while listening to music.
This is an interesting feature on the Jabra earbuds so if you plan to go on a run outdoor then you can listen to your surroundings an stay aware while at the same time enjoy your favorite songs.
The Jabra Elite 65t are comfortable earbuds and you are probably going to like them a lot. These earbuds can fit anyone and you can choose the ear tips that come with it in the packet in order to have a better fit.
The earbuds come with the typical silicone ear tips that were pretty good but using the Comply foam tips might just improve the noise cancellation and comfort on these earbuds immensely.
The Bose headphones, on the other hand, are quite big, the earbuds are visibly big and if you are someone who has small ears then you might have a problem with the weight of the earbuds.
Otherwise, the Bose earbuds fit amazingly well and they are not going to fall off your ears whatsoever. The earbuds have an excellent fit once you par them up with the right ear tips and they are going to stay intact.
The headphones are waterproof and you can completely immerse them in water without having to deal with any damage. Both the earbuds are made for workout sessions and hence you can easily use them outdoors in any weather conditions.
The earbuds are dustproof and waterproof which does imply that they are going to last long, make sure you keep them safely in the case after using them as losing even one of the earbud might prove to be a costly affair.
The earbuds are workout headphones so you can track your workout sessions with the dedicated apps making them almost everything anyone could ask for in a sports Bluetooth headphones.
Since we have not used them long enough, we cannot attest for the exact time period that they would last but could possibly predict that they can easily last with your for over a year without any issues.
Both the earbuds come with charging cases and the charging case on the Bose Soundsport is little larger than the Jabra Elite 65t. The battery life of the Bose Soundsport Free earbuds is around 5 hours which is pretty good considering the average battery life of the completely wireless earbuds.
The battery life of the Jabra Elite 65t is around 6 hours which is definitely better than the Bose earbuds. Both the earbuds come with charging cases that can charge the earbuds twice hence teh overall battery life of the Jabra Elite 65t earbuds is much better.
The Battery Life on both the earbuds is definitely better than any other True wireless earbuds. So, you can easily use them after your workouts for listening to music while commuting or doing some chores.
Both the earbuds are premium and offer some really good music experience during workout sessions, however, if you are looking at which one is the better bid among the two, then looking at the features the Jabra Elite 65t is definitely the better choice.
You can go for the Bose Soundsport Free if you want the amazing sound quality that the Bose has to offer but overall the Jabra Elite 65t performed better than the Bose earbuds.
There are a few downsides with both the earbuds like the latency and one of the earbuds sometimes might run out of battery before the other. So, not everything is perfect with the True wireless earbuds but they are pretty comfortable and probably one of the best sports Bluetooth headphones out there.
The Bose and Jabra Elite are both some really good wireless earbuds and looking at the features and battery life I would easily pick up the Jabra Elite 65t from the shelf.
However, if sound quality and bass is your only concern then you should definitely go for the Bose Soundsport True earbuds which are good as well. Just make sure that you have considered the size of earbuds before investing in any of them as your comfort is going to play a major role during your workout sessions.
