The Bose headphones are of great quality. I have a different fitness tracker from FitBit, so the Soundport pulse is probably not that crucial for me. Having said that, I would grab the pulse if I am not wearing the Fitbit tracker. Imagine having one less accessory (watch) and yet you are still able to track your own HR! 6 hours for the Soundport seems to come up a bit short since it doesn’t have to support HRM, I was hoping it can push for a longer duration.

Yeah, the battery life was a bummer for me as well as I expected it to be more than 6 hours. The Jaybird X3 and Powerbeats 3 on the other hand are much better when it comes to battery life. I wish they improved the batter life on these headphones because the sound quality on Bose is amazing and with a longer battery life they would be tough to beat!

I find the hardest part I have with wireless headphones is that they slip out of the ears. This is good to know that both of these come with different ear pieces. Hopefully that works better for me. These two are very comparable, but the longer battery life is what got me. Thanks for your review. I found this helpful.

You are welcome. Both the headphones are comfortable and if you do not plan on using the  HRM then the Soundsport should work best in that case.
