These headphones are wireless, water resistant and provide one of the best audio quality. To know more about the features of the Jabra Elite Sport, read the complete review-
Design and Build Quality
The earbuds are completely wireless and they look pretty cool. The hype about the AirPods is real and you have to admit that these earbuds are really convenient. The earbuds are very comfortable and the design makes them really light in weight and almost invisible.
The build Quality is pretty good and the feature that makes the headphones really interesting is that it has a great connectivity and you could easy take up calls on these headphones. These earbuds are everything you need and they will simply make your life easier.
They have an inbuilt heart rate monitor which can be used to analyze your heartbeat and other heart analysis. You could easily sync it with an app which would help you measure the heart rate via these earbuds.
It has a great sound quality and inbuilt noise cancellation system which cancels out any external noise that could interrupt your experience. There is an option called Audio pass which will help you to tune into your environment whenever you want to. This is one of the rare features that are seen in sports Bluetooth headphones.
You have a training management Jabra Sports Life app which is another addition to one of the coolest features on the Jabra Elite earbuds. The earbuds have quite a lot of software features to offer and you would end up taking an entire day to understand all the great features that come along with it.
The Jabra Elite is one of the best premium experiences that you can have and you do feel the difference between the normal Bluetooth headphones and the audio quality from the Jabra Elite earbuds.
The earbuds are comfortable although you cannot expect a snug fit like in the case of the Jaybird X2 and the Jaybird X3 headphones. Don’t get me wrong here, the headphones are comfortable but not as comfortable as the small earbuds that you usually have. You might have to go through fitting each of the ear tips in order to find out the most comfortable one.
Once I had chosen the right ear tips, the headphones were pretty comfortable and it was easy to use them in the gym. I did go for a run as well but I must say that you need to reduce the noise cancellation on these when you are outside since they block out all the noises which could be from vehicles and other sources.
The earbuds have the feature to reduce the noise cancellation so choose your settings according to your environment so that you are aware of what is happening around you and avoid accidents at all costs.
The earbuds are water and sweat resistant. They are resistant to almost everything you could possibly think of so no worries when it comes to using it in humid weathers or using it while going for a swim. You could use the earbuds almost anywhere and everywhere.
It comes with a charging case so you could always charge them while not in use and try not to lose them because they are just small earbuds which can be easily lost if thrown inside a gym bag. Keeping them in a case or dust bag will ensure that the earbuds last really long and stay brand new for longer periods of time.
The battery life is slightly disappointing, it lasts for only three hours. But with all the other features like the inbuilt heart rate monitor and compatibility with other apps makes these Bluetooth earbuds really exciting. There could have been a slight improvement in the battery life but you could always store them in the charging case which is easy to carry around making the situation not as bad as it looks.
The battery life is sad but honestly, all the features compensate for this setback. The charging case actually helps a lot since you can carry it for charging when you are traveling.
The Jabra Elite headphones are a pretty amazing if you already do not own the Apple AirPods. I guess it is slightly better than them as well when you see the inbuilt HRM and various other features that make it a perfect Bluetooth sports headphones.
If you really want a headphone that is perfect for all sports activities and if you are ready to shell out the amount of money you need to buy them, then the Jabra Elite earbuds are the perfect choice for you. Another feature is that they come with a 3-year warranty which includes damages from sweat. If you replace an earbud then you could get a replacement as well.
